What is 3D Printing

What is

3D Printing

3D printing is an additive manufacturing method, enabling printing of a 3D model by means of layers. Today, there are basically no limits to size and material. Plastic is the most common material for printing, but it is also possible to print in e.g. cast, metal and even foods like chocolate and cake dough.

There are several ways to 3D print a model. Some technologies use laser, others melt excess material away. It is further possible to print in colour. As a supplier of 3D printers from leading manufacturers in the market, Boston Micro Fabrication and Lynxter, and our own Teccam series, we can offer many of these unique and patented technologies.
