3D Systems has launched the world’s biggest 3D printer for metal – ProX™400, enabling manufacture with stainless steel, tool steel, titanium and chrome-cobalt.
ProX™400 offers manufacturers within the aerospace, automotive and pump industry as well as manufacturers of medical implants the option of 3D printing high-quality metal items – faster and more economic than traditional processes allow. With a build volume of 500x500x500 mm, it is possible to manufacture precise big-scale metal items completely without tools.
